Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed.
We usually ship USPS First Class which takes 3 to 7 days to deliver. We offer Priority Mail (3 days), Fedex 2nd day & Fedex Next day delivery service at an extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund, replace, or exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase. Shipping cost will only be refunded for Standard shipping. Priority Mail, Next Day Shipping, 2 Day Shipping or International shipping will not be reimbursed.

- Items will only be accepted if in new conditions.
- Please request a return authorization from email@example.com, add in the request your name, last name, address, invoice or order number, item code or style number(s) for the items that you are including in your return. We will send you the return authorization number and the instructions to ship back the product. Make sure to insure your package for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned and ship only in a box.
- When returning an item please remember to send the Amalia Box and Amalia Bag included with your purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
- International customers are responsable for duties, taxes and fees that the carrier may charge in the country of destination.
- Enamel jewelry is lead free and is not guaranteed; the enamel may wear off when in contact with chlorine, sea water, body or solar protection creams, etc.
