Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed.
We usually ship USPS First Class which takes 3 to 7 days to deliver. We offer Priority Mail (3 days), UPS/FedEx 2nd day & UPS/FedEx Next day delivery service at an extra cost. The Priority mail, UPS and FedEx 2nd and Next day are not guarantee. We would ship same day if orders are placed before 2pm EST. We are not responsible if USPS, UPS or FEDEX does not deliver on time.

Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund, replace, or exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase. Shipping cost will only be refunded for Standard shipping. Priority Mail, Next Day Shipping, 2 Day Shipping or any International shipping will not be reimbursed.

- Kindly note that custom-engraved pieces may not be returned.
- To request a return authorization, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number, and item code/style number(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will send you the return authorization number and the instructions to ship back the product. Make sure to ensure your package for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned and ship only in a box.
- When returning an item please remember to send the Amalia Box and Amalia Bag included with your purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card, PayPal o amazon account.
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by the carrier or authorities in the country of destination. Please note that we are unable to determine the exact amount you will be charged for duties and taxes in your country.

- Enamel jewelry is lead free and is not guaranteed; the enamel may wear off when in contact with chlorine, sea water, body or solar protection creams, etc.
- Once your item has been received, we will process your refund within 24 to 72 hours. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your Credit Card statement.
