Shipping, Returns, Exchanges Options and information about the merchandise

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after being placed.

We generally ship USPS First Class, which takes 3 to 7 days for delivery. For faster service, we offer Priority Mail (3 days), UPS/FedEx 2nd Day, and UPS/FedEx Next Day delivery at an additional cost. Please note that Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx 2nd and Next Day services are not guaranteed. Orders placed before 2 PM EST may ship the same day, but we are not responsible if USPS, UPS, or FedEx fail to deliver on time.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the carrier or authorities in the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact charges you may incur.

Signature Required for Orders Over $999
Orders over $999 will require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot be at the delivery location, please call us so we can arrange for pickup at a nearby pharmacy.

Shipping Same Day
If you need same-day shipping, your order must be placed before 2 PM EST. Please call us at 305-373-3411 before placing the order to confirm that we can accommodate your request.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. USPS Ground shipping costs will be refunded, but Priority Mail, Next Day Shipping, 2 Day Shipping, or any international shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

To request a return authorization, email info@amaliajewelry.com with your name, address, order number, and item code or style number(s) for return or exchange. We will send return instructions via email. Ensure your package is insured for the full purchase price and ship it back in a box.

When returning an item, include the Amalia Box, Amalia Bag, and notecard that came with your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

For religious items only, if you ordered free holy water and are returning the piece of jewelry, you must also return the holy water. Holy water will incur a cost of $11 if not returned.

For exchanges, we provide a one-time prepaid return label. After placing your new order, email us your exchange request at info@amaliajewelry.com or call us at 305-373-3411. You may also add the request in the note of the new order, and we will include the prepaid return label and insurance with your new package.

If there is an issue with your merchandise, contact us at 305-373-3411 or email info@amaliajewelry.com. Please note that items must be in new condition to qualify for return. Custom-engraved or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Refunds
Once your returned item is received, we will process your refund within 24 to 72 hours. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Additional Services
We sell half-pair earrings if you lose one, and we also sell replacement backs. Email your request to info@amaliajewelry.com.

Jewelry Notes

Enamel Jewelry
Our enamel jewelry is lead-free but not guaranteed. Enamel may wear off with exposure to chlorine, seawater, body lotions, or sunscreen. If your jewelry loses its enamel, contact us so we can provide a quote for repainting.

Earrings Note
Earring backs are not guaranteed and may fall off over time.

Baby and Kids Jewelry
All baby and kids jewelry must be worn under parental supervision. Please ensure that earrings are secured properly to prevent them from embedding. We recommend periodically removing the jewelry.

Additionally, to avoid irritation or discoloration of the post due to oxidation, please do not wear the jewelry in the bath, shower, at the beach, or in the pool. If you choose to keep the jewelry on, ensure that no shampoo, soap, or water residue is left on the earrings or in the ear piercing. 

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. Please call us or email us to request a return authorization.
