  • Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed.

  • We usually ship USPS First Class which takes 3 to 7 days to deliver. We offer Priority Mail (3 days), UPS/FedEx 2nd day & UPS/FedEx Next day delivery service at an extra cost. The Priority mail, UPS and FedEx 2nd and Next day are not guarantee. We would ship same day if orders are placed before 2pm EST. We are not responsible if USPS, UPS or FEDEX does not deliver on time. 

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by the carrier or authorities in the country of destination. Please note that we are unable to determine the exact amount you will be charged for duties and taxes in your country.

  • ORDERS OVER $999 WILL BE SHIPPED WITH A SIGNATURE REQUEST. Please be aware that someone has to sign to receive the piece. If you cannot be at the location, call us, and we can arrange pickup at the pharmacy close to your location.
  • If you need us to ship same day the order needs to be placed before 2PM EST please call us to 305-373-3411 before placing the order to make sure we can accommodate your request.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges: Delivery Options and Satisfaction Guide for a Seamless Experience

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund, replace, or exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase. Shipping cost will only be refunded for USPS Ground shipping. Priority Mail, Next Day Shipping, 2 Day Shipping or any International shipping will not be reimbursed.

  • Items will only be accepted if in new conditions. 
  • Kindly note that custom-engrave or personalize pieces may not be returned or exchange.

  • To request a return authorization, email info@amaliajewelry.com with your name, address, order number, and item code/style number(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will send you the return authorization email and the instructions to ship back the product. Make sure to ensure your package for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned and ship only in a box.
  • When returning an item please remember to send the Amalia Box , Amalia Bag and Note card included with your purchase.

  • You are responsible for all the costs of shipping the item(s) back to us. The refunded amount will be credited to your credit card, PayPal, or the original payment method used. This applies to international customers as well.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by the carrier or authorities in the country of destination. Please note that we are unable to determine the exact amount you will be charged for duties and taxes in your country.
  •  We sell 1/2 pair earrings if you lose one, and we also sell backs if needed. Please email your request to   info@amaliajewelry.com
  • For exchanges, we offer one time free prepay return label. Place your new order and email us your exchange request to info@amaliajewelry.com or you can call us to 305-373-3411 or add the request in the note of the new order and we will send you inside the new package a prepaid return label with insurance to return the previous piece.
  • Enamel jewelry is lead free and is not guaranteed; the enamel may wear off when in contact with chlorine, sea water, body or solar protection creams, etc.
  • Once your item has been received, we will process your refund within 24 to 72 hours. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your Credit Card statement.
